Correna Tate serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Program at Pacific Neuroscience Institute, collaborating seamlessly with Medical Office Representatives to coordinate and schedule patients under the care of speech pathologists Carol Park and Romina Huerta. She conducts comprehensive eligibility and insurance benefit verifications behind the scenes, ensuring prompt scheduling by handling complex prior authorization requests. Correna works closely with SLPs and referring providers to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for our patients’ journey to improve their voice, speech, swallow, and cognitive skills. Throughout the entire process, she remains a reliable resource for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with unwavering commitment to satisfaction. Since joining Providence in 2022, Correna’s expertise and dedication have significantly enhanced our administrative processes, creating a smoother experience for patients and their families.
