Molly Rapozo, MS, RDN, CD, became a Registered Dietician Nutritionist after receiving her Master’s degree and completing an internship at Bastyr University, a pioneer of science-based natural medicine. Before specializing in Brain Health Coaching, Molly worked at a biotech start-up that utilized genetics, blood analytes, gut microbiome and digital self-measurements to help individuals reach their personal health goals. Based on this data and behavioral science, Molly used a personalized list of recommendations to coach participants in optimizing wellness and avoiding disease.
Molly currently provides coaching for clinical research trials at the Pacific Brain Health Center at Pacific Neuroscience Institute, in addition to working with patients who receive treatment with medical specialists at the center. She brings years of experience counseling individuals and families in a number of settings including community clinics, the YMCA, public health, and her local school district. An avid meal planner and cook, Molly enjoys teaching people how to make good nutrition easy to do and delicious to eat. She also provides support and accountability with sleep, stress management and exercise.
