Molly Rapozo, MS, RDN, became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after receiving her master’s degree and completing an internship at Bastyr University, a pioneer of science-based natural medicine. With 20 years of experience providing integrative and functional nutrition guidance, Molly is a health coach to research participants and private clients at the Brain Wellness and Lifestyle program at the Pacific Neuroscience Institute®.

With a background in whole foods nutrition, counseling, and research, Molly helps clients identify and implement the lifestyle changes that make an impact in their everyday lives. An avid meal planner and cook, Molly supports clients with a variety of diets including Mediterranean/MIND, ketogenic/low carb, vegan/vegetarian, and low FODMAP/low fiber.

As the Senior Nutrition & Health Educator at the Brain Wellness & Lifestyle program, Molly facilitates groups, provides memory training, and educates the greater community through webinars, podcasts, and print media. Before joining PNI, Molly worked at a biotech start-up that utilized genetics, blood analytes, gut microbiome and digital self-measurements to help individuals reach their personal health goals. Based on this data and behavioral science, Molly used a personalized list of recommendations to coach participants in optimizing wellness and avoiding disease. As a coach and memory trainer, Molly brings years of experience counseling individuals and families in a number of settings including community clinics, the YMCA, public health, and her local school district. Molly enjoys teaching people how to make good nutrition easy to do and delicious to eat. She also provides support and accountability with sleep, stress management and exercise.
